Christmas Stars

Dear Parents and Carers,

For another year running we would like to decorate our school hall this Christmas with stars that have been made by the children at home.

The stars can be:

  • Any style or size -but not too heavy as they tend to fall down!
  • Made from card, paper, scrap material, coat hangers, pipe cleaners
  • Decorated using tinsel, glitter, material, cotton wool, string, stickers, tissue paper, paint, colouring pen etc.
  • 3D or 2D

Please attach a piece of string securely to the star (about 50 cms long) so that it can be easily hung and won’t fall down. If you would like the star to be returned to your child, please ensure their name has been clearly written on it somewhere.

Stars should be brought into school on Friday 1st or Monday 4th  December so that they can be hung up later in the day in readiness for the last weeks of term.

I look forward to seeing all those designs!

Yours sincerely,

Zoë Harris
Headteacher
