Office Administrator Required

Contract term:  Permanent, term time only plus INSET days
Start: As soon as possible
Salary:  Level 2, Scale Point 15-17 (£10.72 per hour)
Hours: 17.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 7.30am – 11am

We are looking for someone hard working, proactive and reliable to join our busy school office, dealing with all of the administration linked to our breakfast club, after school club and enrichment activities.

The successful candidate must enjoy working around young people, have patience, excellent communication skills (verbal, written and ICT), and be a good team player. He/she will be flexible, resilient and able to think on their feet; he/she must be able to work the hours indicated above. Working in a school office is unique and brings with it a completely different set of rewards and challenges to that found in other office environments and so the successful candidate, preferably, will have had experience of working within a school setting.

Lunchtime Supervisor

We are looking for a permanent Lunchtime Supervisor to cover the lunchtime period each day for an hour (11.45am- 12.45pm).

We need someone who is proactive, approachable, reliable, patient, enthusiastic, flexible and a good team player. Preferably, the successful candidate will have had previous experience working as a Lunchtime Supervisor within a school setting. The ability to communicate confidently in English is necessary for this post.
