Our school day runs from 8.45am to 3.15pm, providing a total of 32.5 hours each week.

Morning Arrival

• School gates open at 8.30am.
• Classroom doors open at 8.40am.
• Children should arrive between 8.40am and 8.45am.
• The school day begins at 8.45am.
• School gates close at 8.50am.

If your child arrives after 8.50am, they will be marked as late. An adult must bring them to the school office, where they will be signed in and registered before going to class.

Dropping Off Your Child

For the safety of all children:

• Children must be brought to school by a parent, carer or other responsible adult.
• Please take your child directly to their classroom door and hand them over to a member of staff.
• Children should not be left unattended in the playground at any time.
• Infant-aged children must not arrive at school unaccompanied.

Collection at the End of the Day

• The school day ends at 3.15pm.
• School gates open at 3.10pm to allow parents and carers time to collect their child from the classroom.
• Children must be collected promptly at the end of the school day by a parent, carer or authorised person aged 16 years or over. If another adult is collecting your child, please inform the school office in advance.
• If you know that you will be delayed, please contact the school office as soon as possible.
• Any child who has not been collected by 3.30pm will be taken to the school office, where they will remain supervised by staff while we contact parents, carers and emergency contacts.
• For safeguarding reasons, children will only be released to adults authorised by a parent or carer.
