Welcome from the PS Catering Team

We have had the privilege of providing the school meals for your children at Elmwood Infant School from April 2026.

We provide a 3-option menu which the children will be able to choose from daily without preordering. This allows the children to have maximum choice and ensure they have access to nutritious, tasty, locally sourced food that will give them the energy to keep them going throughout the school day. We also provide tasters so they can try different foods and maybe find new flavours they love!

Details on theme days are sent termly so you have plenty of time to ensure your children benefit from these.

Great food is what we are all about but if we can help the environment whilst doing this it’s a win win! We make sure that we use products when they are in season so that your children’s meals are made from only the freshest ingredients. This not only helps to support local famers but also helps to reduce our carbon footprint.

We also listen to the school food council. Using their feedback about the menus to tailor them to suit your children’s needs and tastes which in turn help reduce food waste.
